Service not provided

I purchased a prepaid SIM no.8991100901155404049 (mobile no.9560476695). At the time of purchase I had submitted all requisite documents including a copy of my driving licence. However, service on this mobile no. was suddenly stopped without any information/notice. This shows callousness on the part of airtel staff besides being deficiency in service. The service should be resumed or else my balance amount be refunded.
