I am a mumbai circle customer since last 3yrs.

9987334461 i used to appreciate your service. but now days i feel bad for myself to trusting airtel.

1) Initially i was in government plan. But Due to some AIRTEL technical problem my plan has changed from government plan to some other different plan where my call rates have gone very high.

i called customer care i got hundreds of answers.

galleries says my plan is government, customer care says its lifetime plan.

i complained about this at customer care, galleries, i sent mails. but i found no result.

2) I was facing wrong daily deduction of GPRS service.

I have been wrongly charged more than 300 rs.

i placed complaints again no result.

but now in these days

i am facing problem of validity recharge i am not able to recharge my number for validity.

* due to this my incoming outgoing is barred.*

I am facing really trouble.
