8802210250 services stopped without assigning any reason

I got free Aircell connection no 8802210250 with the purchase of a Fly mobile handset from Big Bazar, Rajouri Garden. I paid Rs. 50 being activation charges/recharge coupon. I submitted my ID proof, Photograph. But now services have been stopped without assigning any reason. I have lodged a complaint with the agent at Big Bazarbut of no avail.
