Poor customer service

Hi I am vishaal pralhad phanase mobile number is 9960270478 I am ushing your services more thatn One year but whenever I am calling to Air tel customer care serives the executives are disconnecting the call oftenly, latest example is of 2.12.2009 when I called for the my queries the CSE Ms. Poornima Rokade disconnected the call when I asked to confirmed wheather my validity will be carry forwarded or no if I recharge the card before the due date & also she was very rude on the call.

If it is possible then please listen to that call which I made on 2.12.2009 & I got all this information from the senior CSE of your department only when I called you after few minutes on the same day.
