I bought an airtel connection in april with advance rental payment of 1198 for 1 year. However the sim was deactivated after 1 month quoting the reason that address cannot be verified. Ironically I have received bills on this address which i have also paid. The billing is also screwed up as they kept asking for 1198 rs which i have already paid. (Which the cust care executives have also acknowledged.) After talking to Cust care I have received 4 sims till now none of which have been activated.
The executives are rude, lost and have no idea about whats going on. I think they sit with chalks and slates. No centralized system, no database updates. Every single Cust care exec seems to behave like Sunil mittal. The company will surely go to dogs if this is how they treat their customers.
Its high time the company top management starts taking interest in something called "customer Satisfaction" which I guess is a non-existent word for them.
