I have Airtel prepaid connection No. 09959046603. On 15.12.09 at around 0840hrs while I was browsing NOKIA Ringtone I received a message that a sum of Rs.40 has been deducted from my account for T-20 Cricket Service. I am surprised how a third party without my consent can deduct amount from my account. For this I again and again consulted Customer Care but they did not gave the satisfactory answer and passed the line to Manager. But both the time manager did not lift his phone and the line was subsequently disconnected. For this I wasted one hour trying to contact Airtel customer care but the service was made unavailable lateron.
