Not able to talk with customercare agents

Sir, my mobile no. is 9685486068 i bought this airtel sim in august frm that time there is no proper connectivity to customercare every time when i call 121 and follows the instructions and the time comes to connect the agents of customercare it says to send sms AIRTEL to 121 i tried many times but no result the problem is still exists pls solve my problem as soon as possible so that i can talk to the airtel agents when i have any problems.i had no means to talk to airtel
