Miss behavior of customercare

I made a call to customer care at airtel on 26 jan to know about the latest offers. however i was unsatisfied with the response and sent no to 876 whwn asked for the feed back.

today a call came from the no 9685045455 where three or more friends had a union and startedd using abusing words and threatned me as one among them was thrown out because of my response

also immediately a message came for subscribing to friends chat and a sum of Rs 30 was deducted from my main account balance
