Deduction without reasone

My prepaid conection no-9867381205 i had ben not activate any caller tune on above number. but on 31st jan Rs 45/- has been deduct from my A/c & major problem is to talk with the coustemer care service center. they dont listen our problem, dont shortout our problems, dont provid us requered detail.ask us to hold for a minute & put on hold for 15 to 20 minute. the dont know time value.
