It has been more than five years now that I'v been using Airtel Prepaid facility. For year one the service was no where less than excellent. But after that it is no where less than pathetic that too in my home town. Visited several Airtel Outlets, informed the customer care on many occasions but all in vain. I can not make a proper call siting at my home. To be very honest my home is not a bunker. Services rendered by all other operators work absolutely fine. It has caused enough frustration with in me. My father has already switched to some other service provider. I didn't know that brand loyality comes with such a big price. Is there anyone in this company who can really do something to improve the network of 'Sarvasreshta Mobile Seva' in India.?
