Balance Amount

Hi,

I recharged my number for Rs.50 on last friday (26 Feb) and today my balance turned to Rs.9.12.

I've hardly made local calls and really doesnt have any idea how come my amount was deducted and also for what reason?

If the amount has been deducted for my Hello tunes, there should be an indication of the same thru sms which didn't happen this time.

I request you to credit back my amount to my number asap.
