This is regarding the Complaint on Airtel Prepaid Connection. My Number is 09910988939. Really i am feeling bad for choosing this network.
I took New Sim 0n 7th Feb With in one month my Sim card was registration was failed and after that some how it got solved that as keep on follwed up them for 1 week now there is another problem that the Hello Tune which i selected was not working at all but everytime while i am entering to that zone they are charging 20Rs for which it was no where in airtel manuals.
A nominal subscription charge of 15 Rs will be charged by them intially afterwards some 1Rupee per day is charged according to the manual but i don't know what is going on?
I am looking for their action and i called several times but i am unable to get the solution.
Really its Poor service and Charges are leived on consumers illegally.
