Airtel Prepaid
Prepaid number blocked, no refunds made

I took the airtel prepaid number 9650200914 around 4 weeks back. After 15 days, the number was blocked citing the reasons of invalid ID proof!!! Since when is a D/L an invalid ID proof???

All my efforts to reach the customer care have been futile.. They havent even refunded the call balance and other call plans active on my number... So much for customer service???
