Un explained Balance Cut

I am Tejas Jani. I am using the Aitrel GPRS services since some months but I am not satisfied with their un explained balance cuts. Every now and then the company keeps cutting the balance from my prepaid account. On 24 March I sent an email which would have cost me around Rs. 12 normally. However I was charged Rs. 35 for that email. I fail to understand this aggresive balance cuting from the company's end. This is not once that it has happened. I would like you to please take strict action against the company Airtel.
