Myself is Rajkumar solanki, I am an Ex-servicemen From Indian Air Force, i had using your Airtel Prepaid service since last 2 years... My Airtel Sim i lost somewhere in harayana on date 25/7. My no was 9725539943, and my last recharge was of Rs 98 for mobile internet use. I called your Customer care center on 26/7 Between 8:30 pm to 10pm with another no 9724218991 and told them to block my sim card, they refused to block my Sim card, and said that there are not sufficient information to proceed. My last dialled no was 9327924748.The no is still in use somewhere as i called on that with different no. Please take sum action regarding this as it may cause difficulties for me.
