Balance Deduction

This is reagarding balance deduction. My balance is getting deducted even if i dont make any calls. Also when i make calls it is getting deducted double.

is this kind of cheating??? im losing my money without making any calls.

Double charge for each call is happening when i make long calls..

This is really irrirtating ..you are using this kind of system for deducting because people wont normally calculate the amount when they make long calls???

I want my money to be credited back.

I think Airtel is the first comapy to charge for customer care call.
