Wrong balance deuction

I have a AIRTEL FRIENDS connection.as per the plan, during happy hours i should be charged 10p per min while calling A2A.

But the amount deducted is random.for mins sumtimes 7Rs are deducted and sumtimes 2 Rs are deucted.

I made complaint calling the customer care .(complaint no 0829012482). He assured me i ll get my balance refunded within 4 hours.which didnt happened as expected. The CC actually hanged the call

this has happened three times.

CC told me that one of your exec will get in touch with me regarding the refund.

still i have not recieved ne updates from your side.
