Prepaid balance deduction

Dear Sir,

I am victim of airtel. i dont know how airtel takes their customer. we are using 5 air tel connection

in our family and i was the one who always recommend airtel to everybody.

but on the date of 18 sept in the evening my balance lost from 40 to nil.

I wanted to complaint but airtel is very smart when you will dial 123 you will not get the option of

customer care executive where you can launch your complaint.

seriously i m fed with air tel i will swich my number very soon.
