I am s.sanjay using Airtel prepaid no 9944221773 for the past 2 years and above, i have continious tower problem, i registered complaints through calling 121 (customer care) many times but still i dint get corrected, in airtel service area they said sim card might be problem so you change the sim to the same no, i dont have the proof that given while getting the sim, but i am ready to provide my current address proof and photo but in airtel service they are not ready to take.(for your reference to confirm that i am using this no i regularly top in recharge.net Rs 333 using my bank account you can verify it.) but pl. do the need full, as i am willing to use the same network i am trying a lot but no support from customer care service.
