Hi,
I tried to recharge my number (9686622168) through online banking which I have been doing since last 3 years.
I tried with 333/- for full talktime and after waited for 20 mins I called up customer care that why my recharge is not done while amount has been deducted from my account. Customer care person told me that 333/- recharge is withdrawn and I need to recharge with 360/-.
Which I did and again after waiting 10 mins I called up customer care to inquire about that and got to know that its 350/- I did the same again as I was in hurry and I had to make call.
After waiting for 5 mins I calle up customer care to inquire about the same and this time I asked about the process of getting the money refund for which recharge was unsuccessful. You will be surprised to know what customer care told me.
- you will not get the refund
- who asked you to recharge with 333/- (as if I am supposed to ask customer care before every recharge)
- why dint you call customer care before trying to recharge.
- Online banking recharge does not work you can only recharge using ezee recharge.
After hearing all this crap I asked to pass the call to floor supervisor who said I need to fax the transaction numbers for refund. (Just to make the process complicated and troublesome for the customer).
If he has given me correct reference number (1106554554) a Airtel customer care can verify all this details.
Guys after mobile number portability comes into effect please dont hesitate to spend 20/- to get rid of such an horrible customer care.
