To change my nokia device

I have buy a nokia 5800 xpressmusic for some month it work proprely but after few month it creat so many problem like mobile heating, phone restart, battery back up low .i have repair it for 3times but problem was not solve & when i am going to nokia care they scold us &shouting to us&says tuje yahi nokia care milta hai dusre nokia care par ja. The name of care was krati enterprieses in jhabua district .please help me fast if you can my contact no is8962396774
