Airtel Prepaid
Hello tunes activates every month without concent

The Airtel hello tunes gets activated every month on my prepaid number, 9558233661 and 15 rs are deducted. I have complained in the customer service on 121, and they promise me a refund within 4 hrs. But the refund never comes.

So, please it would be a great favour if I would be helped in this case, and if possible do something that this never happens again. Because I don't want that this happens every month and I have to ask for refunds every month.
