Echarge amount not credited

On 24/11, I had recharged my prepaid mobile number 8800865480 online for top up of Rs. 99 twice through Axis Bank internet banking. Both the time i had received SMS that your your recharge request was precessed successfully. But the recharge amount is yet to be credited in my account. Kindly look into the matter.
