Deduction from balance

I am Mr. Vinayak N Daphal having Airtel mobile no 9867915259.

From 16 Dec Air tel deducted 3 rupees from my balance for BikinirichAlerts.

this service is not required nor subscribed by me.but air tel prepaid service goes on renewing the same service each day. I complained for the same to Airtel customer care executive on toll free no 198 on each and every day but the service is not stopped and deduction of 3 rupees continued till date
