Dear Sir,

Airtel has sent a message to submit ID & address proof against my five years old prepaid no. 9810108625. As per instructions, yesterday I have submitted ID & address proof with duly filled form & photo at their Nehru Place centre (SSDN Enterprises). To complete the process I have also sent confimation to "51619" that (as desired) I have submitted the documents. It is extremely unexpected that the services to my no. has been permanently deactivated after five hours of documents submission. Airtel has neither checked the status of documents submission nor they have bothered to inform me before deactivating the no.

I have tried almost 15-20 to contact the CCE on 121 to report the matter but they have not answered the call even. I have written mail regarding this but they have sent any satisfactory response. I have again visited their centre at Nehru Place where I have submitted the documents but they have neither activated my no. nor they have told me any status of documents submitted by me yesterday.

It is extremely unethical & unsupportive conduct level shown by a big co. like Airtel. I'm still stuck helpless with my permanently deactivated no. inspite of fulfilling all the document requirements & trying all possible ways to resolve this matter. Please help to get my no. activated.
