Dear Airtel,
I am a prepaid customer, No.9810771917. It is surprising that company like Airtel is charging customers
wrongly for the the service not demanded. Recently many times I have been charged for Astrology on demand, where as I have not demanded. It started deducting whenever I opened SMS. Earlier you used to charge wrongly Rs.10 every time for 10 days.. But today at a stretch You charged Rs.30. Message receive is "Astrology on demand service has been renewed and you have been charged Rs.30 for 30 days' In this regard complaints were lodged to your customer care but of no use. Today (02.02.2011) after 11 pm again talked to you customer care through No.198 and complaint was lodged. Mr. Arun Sharma attended. But no service request number was given. He said it is due to a technical trouble. When asked for action to refund all unauthorised charged he said he could not refund right then
but to ring after 4 hrs which is in the odd hrs. in the day timne customer care do not lift call.
I would request to refund all illegal charges or else reserve all right to approach consumer forum for all losses thereof. It is worth asking, how come technical problem arises only for wrong charging and not for any other service? Kindly look into and do needful at the earliest.
