Airtel Pre-paid Mobile Number: 9589322213

Cricket alerts have been automatically subscribed for this number and I keep receiving alerts from 543212601 and I am being charged Rs. 3/- per day. However, I still keep receiving the alerts which is very disturbing and also money gets deducted.

I tried reaching out to customer care on 121 but did not find any option to talk to a customer representative, just some IVR messages.

Also, wrote to customer care at [email protected] but still no action has been taken.

I request these alerts to be de-activated immediately and stop deducting money from the pre-paid account.
