Recently i am getting worst-service ever by airtel prepaid. I am a customer of airtel for 3 and a half years. They cutted my mobile balance in a emergency situation, with (minus)-10 rupees. Inspite of all this they are not connecting me to the customer care executive. Once i got fortunately connected to them and when they refer it to their senior, he was speakingas much slowly thet i can't say, though i was gatting his voice, he refuses to listen.
