Without Information Bareed the Outgoing & Incoming calls and Now Call Centre PPl Misusing the Contact List and calling them for Paying the Bill when Called Back Sevral Times if some Senior Executive can handle that They Certainly Denied that saying that no senior is appointed.
Wat to do in this Case?
I just Wanted to know that who has given Authority to Misuse the Contact list to Airtel folks. Or it should be Made very clear at the Time of Providing the Connection that in case for some reason u Delayed ur Payment we will misuse ur Contact list.
