This is to inform that Airtel service provider is deducting unusual subscription charges on regular basis. Even after registering instant complaint to Airtel care center. It's being a long story of consumer harassment. Before proceeding further on I must tell you all that I & my family members are using Airtel connection right from 2004 as satisfied customers. But now from last 4 months they are deducting unusual charges by activating "Game Tashan" & SubsWap_Weekly Subscription-Rs. 15 & Rs. 20.
Point to be considered:
(1) These services/subscription are being activated without notification/without approval from my side.
(2) Even after deducting charges on regular basis I rarely get any message for the deduction. Moreover, nothing is being served against those charges (no picture/video/song/news/download/game/news update/any other service for which we can pay). No body will pay single Rupee for getting a MSG that you have been charged for Rs. XYZ, against which you get nothing.
(3) False commitment given by Airtel care center: When I call them for the same. They assure me that they will deactivate all such services & will return the deducted amount. But even after registering complaint up to supervisor level/ senior level. Still, I have not received the deducted amount by them.
(4) Pathetic response by Airtel care center: They say "aapke paise koi bhi return nahin karega", "aapne service request ki hai, isliye paise return nahin honge" "we can't give complaint registration/reference number.", "complaint registration/reference number sms kar denge (jo kabhi milta nahin hai!).
(5) Even I remind them please make sure in future you don't make any charges against any weekly subscription/any subscription related to game/ Tashan game service. As, I don't want to use these unusual subscription for no benefit for me.
(6) I am facing this unusual behavior by Airtel from last 4 months. Still after registering number of complains they are not returning my money back.
(7) These unusual deduction leads to huge loss to me when I am supposed to make an important call, I get my account with zero balance even after top up/recharge.
(8) In the month of Feb they have deducted Rs. 100 & more (Amount is still pending)
(9) In the month of March they have deducted Rs 55 (till now).
(10) Total Deducted amount is less i.e. Rs.200 approx. But, Airtel is doing criminal activity by deducting these charges without taking approval from their customer.
(11) I have all legal records to file a case against them. But because of busy schedule, I am unable to do so. But, these unethical practices must be stoped by concern authority/third party.
(12) The only thing I am unsatisfied by them is i.e these unethical deduction on regular basis (with no transparency). Now, I have planned to change the service provider. But before doing that I want my money back as early as possible.
