NO responce from customercare

Sir,

I am an airtel customer since last 1 year, but for last 3 months i have been facing troubles from aitel. The company sends me unwanted messages and deduct my account balance. I had complained a lot of time to the customer care but they have now blocked my number, i cannot connect to customer representative. So, its my sincere request to you to verify the cause and help me out as soon as possible.
