Can anyone please help I re-charged my cell # 9989932804 but didnt got the
credit yet.
3rd April - 9:27 AM - Recharged for 333 Rs from Citi bank - Reference
number 120711
3rd April - 9:30 AM - Got message from 55555 saying "We have received
your recharge request, please check balance after some time"
3rd April - 5:00PM called customer care as balance was not reflecting - I
was told to wait for 3 days to get recharge amount
7th April - 10:00 PM called customer care on same issue, ticket was raised

10th April - 9:00PM called custtomer care - had very bad experience -
seems dumbs are working in call center as had no answer nor any update.
TILL DATE NO ANSWER NO RESOLUTION. If transaction was not successful then
amount should have been credited by to my bank account but not till date.
I have been re-charging my cell since year through citi bank but never faced
such problem. Please help.
I am not sure if this is the correct email id for prepaid issues. If not please
let me know the ccorrect email or forward the same to concerned department.
