My prepaid mobile number 9987548672 was working fine and I had lifetime validity. I recharged my mobile for Rs 100 and got Rs 88 talktime and after two days the mobile number was suspended.
How can my prepaid having balance and recharged successfully can be suspended. I had prepaid service working for almost three month. Also after recharge and balce in my account how can airtel suspend the number.
Please help me get my number started immediately.
