I am a serving soldier and working at Mhow, My Mobile number is 9893343662, I had received a call from Airtel executive for offer of caller tune scheme in Rs. 215 only for 360 days validity. In a short period of time he activated the caller tune without taking permission from my side, and disconnect the call immediately. Since 04 : 06 Hrs I have been trying to call the 198, 121 for register a complaint and as usual they have blocked my number. the IVR message disconnects the call even after pressing the option #4. t is a new type of business to earn money by cheating the users.
I request your good self to look into the matter, and do the needful in the matter, so that i dont feel cheated in the matter, keep faith in the INDIAN judicial system. I will further submit a written complain to your good self at the earliest.
