I have been using an Airtel prepaid connection for the past few years. Recently i noticed that that whenever i recharge my account, Airtel keeps on deducting Re.1 each day from my balance. I checked whether any service was active and found that i havent subscribed to aby of the services. I called the Customer care and they too told me that I have not subscribed any extra services. They kept on insisting that no deduction has been made. I asked the executive to pass the complaint to someone actually working with Airtel. The customer care executive told me to wait online. Despite waiting for about 15 mins on the call, no one picked the call. The deduction has been going on for the past 3-4 months and these days I do not recharge my number since once the balance is above Re.1, they are deducting amount.
