Dear sir/madam
I have sent request to port my BSNL card to airtel on the promise that my card will not work only for 2 hours... Now they say the card will not work for 7 days when the service from bsnl is stopped and airtel card is accepting messages but no calls... now I am losing my business for their false commitment and irresponsible job... Kindly probe into this matter
