Incompetent services

Dear sir,

My telephone number is 09449988207, I have ported from BSNL to airtel in the month of January. I have submitted the documents. In spite of this I received calls and SMS from airtel to submit fresh documents. Like this I have submitted documents thrice. Once again they have sent SMS to submit the documents. When enquired in customer care, they do not give proper answer.

Help to overcome my problem.
