Deduction of balance

Deducted an amount of Rs.15/- for changing the hello tune, wheareas I have not informing to customer service of Airtel to activate the hellotune. They have simply deducted the amount without my knowledge.

You are requested to arrange to return the same amount.

You are also requested to stop them to do this type of activity & arrange to deactivated my hello tune.
