I applied for upc code required for MNP on 17.07.2011 and get on that day, and applied for MNP on 18.07.2011.M ean while on 20.07.2011 one call from customer executive I received and he conveyed me not to leave airtel, initially I didnot agree, but after some conversations I agreed not to leave, on the basis that they will not cancel my MNP request and one local dealer would contact with me and sign the MNP cancellation form with in 48 hours, and the executive send a message to foreward it. I saw that message written CANCELPOA0442871 9777938899, means to cancel the MNP.So I did not foreward it. After it there was no significant progress in my MNP request case. I called the customer care again and again but they simply gave time limitations of 24, 48 hrs etc. I even send mail to the nodal officer, but no result was seen. On one hand the nodal officer mailed about rejectin of my MNP request, on other hand the customer executive just took 24, 48hrs to make MNP.So it really looks like contrast to each other and I am facing this mental tortre since last 11 days.hope my problem of applied MNP could be solved by thid forum.
