On 7th of October i recharge my phone (9958590461) for Rs 50, after one day i found that only Rs 6 remain on my account, when i call Airtel customer care and wanted the clarification for the deduction the customer care executive (Name - Rahul) said that the deduction of Rs 37 was due to subscription of caller tune, which i had subscribe. When i said that i had not subscribe the service that you are charging for he did not give me suitable answer, he also said that refund will not possible. I want refund of the illegal deduction, otherwise i have no option other than to change service provider.
