Dear concerned,
it is a matter of inconviencinece which i am facing now during regular intervals for illegal charges debited towards my account. My phone number is 9799129059. i didn't used my phone for doing any messages on 26th, but on 27th messages were charged to me even i have taken message pack of Rs. 63/-, also no messages were delivered and error message was shown "requested facility not subscribed." over Rs.240/- were deducted from my balance for doing nothing.
Also, with reference to the message received from AR650001, it says " this diwali, on 26th october send unlimited messages, there will no restriction on the no. of SMS you send. Standard SMS rates will apply on this date".
Please check the same and revert immediately. As this practise is now common with airtel. I also want to share my inconvineince caused for small and basic things, which must not apply for a customer like me. Earlier also i faced problems in my account for which it was promised to me that now it will be not repeated again.
Check the same and credit the amount back to my phone balance.
