Unnecessary activation of subsserv

Hellow sir my name is K.P.Sinha and my number is 9973137282.and airtel prepaid providers has activated subsserv service on my mobile without asking..that was 3rd January and from that day I have been charged Rs.1.50 per day. So please deactivate/stop providing this service and chargin money without my consent. Otherwise I will take help oh Consumer Forum in this matter. Please take sme actions.
