I have an airtel account 9567372338. this is the second time i am facing very bad experience with them. On 27th July my account was credited with Rs.100 (I have clear proof of this credit) and i did not use my account at all. On 5th dec. I made a credit of Rs.10 for keeping the account valid (this also I have proof of transfer CREDIT). To my surprise on 29th Dec when i wanted to use my account, there is a balance of 59 paise in that. I contacted airtel and what nonsense replies they are giving. First of all they are not reading or listening to the complaints. Just giving stupid replies. It is the customers will to use their account when they need. If I fill my account with unlimited validity it should stay there till the time i need. otherwise the provider should give an answer where the money has gone? I told them to give me any call or msg from this account during this period? For that they gives idiotic replies.
Their answer is stereo type ' WE HAVE CHECKED THERE IS NO BALANCE DEPLETION'. It is the responsibility of airtel to answer where the money has gone.
These people activates unnecessary things in our account and cheats the public. We all should join and raise the voice and bring this out through medias/channels to make the poor public aware of this. There are so many ways to bring this out. Poor public dont know about this cheating. Myself came to know of this because it was not used and the full amount is cut. No one checks n keeps the balance every time. Airtel makes use of this opportunity.
Previously also they had activated things in my account without my consent and i had a big fight with them. May be the staff are getting some incentives if they loot the customer and makes profit for the provider. Today they are telling within three months you have to put complaint otherwise cannot process. I put my complaint on the same day I noticed that my balance is looted.
It is time to voice against this CHEATING OF AIRTEL.
