I recharged my Airtel prepaid thrice using online recharge of Axis Bank. All three times, my money was debited and I did get a message saying that my mobile was recharged successfully and I would have a talk-time blah blah rupees of talk-time but when I check my balance it remains unchanged. When I call up the customer care they tell me that my number was never recharged. I have got messages and I have got online bank statements to prove it. The negligence showed by the customer care is the most surprising element. They tell me that they will connect to their superior and they never do. I was on phone for about 10 minutes and no such call transfer took place.
