My no. is 9816330040 (airtel prepaid). I am using this no. from the last 3-4 years. As not using any internet services, my balance (10 paise) is deducting automatically after every 2-3 minutes. After calling customer care several times, they end up saying that i am using internet service on my phone, but actually i have stopped this service on my phone temporarily. The customer care executives put my call on hold, n then after that call has no answer or is disconnected. It is my humble request to solve this problem, as early as possible. GAUTAM MEHTA.
