My Airtel No. is 9967415987, activated on4/9/07, with all the documents and formalities being complete. Now Outgoing calls have been stopped from my cell no. and the msg conveyed is "Submit the documents", though it has been submitted by me and it is asking to call "9892098920", though on calling this no. the same message is conveyed. In fact, the customer care no. "121" is also not allowed by Airtel. Though incoming calls can be received but outgoings are not allowed at all not even to Customer care.
I am very disappointed with Airtel's Service and will never use it again in the near future, if my problem solved immediately. I'll tell this to all my colleagues, friends and relatives never to use 'Airtel' and how poor services they are providing and how they are troubling their own customers, who have subscribed it with trust and reliability.
