This is a harassed Airtel Prepaid service user making a complaint hoping that some justice is meted from your end.
I have been Airtel Prepaid customer since last 7 years. There have been multiple issues with the service provided, including non availablity of recharge vouchers across city and the authorised dealers as well. But this time its beyond my patience. I have never subscribed for "Audio movies", don't even know how to go about the same and have been charged 2 months in a row for Rs.30 for the same.
I called on the "121" number to have the same deactivated and also followed the SMS regime, and received confirmation via SMS on 8 Dec that same has been deactivated still was charged the renewal amount for Jan'10 and Feb'10.
I have stored those messages on my phone.
Kindly suggest how to take this complaint forward and get my Rs.60 back. Right now I have stopped using the number. Please help.
