Airtel prepaid card
Outgoing calls are barred

I have taken new airtel prepaid sim 9963333152, 20 days back and submitted my id proof along with photos. They barred my outgoing calls one week before saying that my documents haven't reached them. still my outgoing calls are barred. This shows the negligence of airtel customer services.
