Hello Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you all that currently using Airtel Prepaid SIM from last 7 years & it worked fine. Froam last month 27th Aug' 2011 daily 5 rs. deducting from my mobile & when I called up customer no. 121 they said 1 full track service is activated, but I asked them how it got activated they said it's activated by me.
I am worried nothing I did in my mobile & how it got activated.
Then I asked them to disable that service, they said now onwards it's disabled.
But after that also daily Rs. 5 is deducting from my account.
From last 25th Aug' 2011 to till date Daily i receive 1 sms saying that "You have been renewed for full track subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 5"
Now a days before I recharge I have to think n no. of times whether recharge or not.
Really need to take strict action against Airtel.
I got daily sms for proof.
Any help from consumer forums really appreciated
