Airtel pre paid complain
Demaning new document

Dear Sir,

Air tel service provider demanding new addressing proof without any legal justrification, i am already all the document submitted during the time of new Pre paid connection of 9998410910 as per DOT,

service provider demanding once again on the behalf of DOT guidlines new doucment reason is incomplete documets, but all the document already submitted as per DOT requirment, same approch to airtel for the incomplete document but he is not able to justify, he is demaning all the new address proof document,

service provider continue hearshement me by mail/SMS/phone,

I am ready to submitt doucment if reacived proer justrificatin.

for the above i allready approch to 121@ airtelindia.co.in, [email protected], [email protected] my compalin Ref no is 210920103031320128005,

but no one check my document and no one know the what is actual requirment. I am worry about If fill-up the service provder requirment what the gaurteny of missuse of my document new/old
